The pictures are very 'raw', understand what I mean?
I was watching the TV and came across this programme about the man Willem Poelstra, winner of the Dutch Zilveren Camera (Silver Camera). He fell from his balcony and broke his back. He qives up on his job after the recovery, and follows a photography cursus.
He chooses for his final exam to photograph the work of the ambulance crew, which he respected after the fall. Please check out his website: http://www.willempoelstra.nl/ Don't worry, it's in English :)
He sure has a lot of jewels in his gallery. I personally like the last picture in the Harry Wildeman project, you can see pieces of his past..
It's a shame that ambulance crews are sometimes treated poorly,
they are really there to help.
